The Think Approach
At Think Clinical Psychologists, our team of clinical psychologists and clinical psychologist registrars provide evidence-based therapy for adults, children, teenagers and families. We support people experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship difficulties, friendship problems, behavioural concerns and emotional challenges.
When it comes to psychological interventions, there are lots of evidence-based treatments. But an approach being evidence-based doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the right approach for you. What’s ‘right’ for you depends on lots of things - what you’re trying to change, what’s worked and not worked for you in the past, your personality, personal preferences … that’s where we come in.
Our job is to get to know you well enough to understand what you’re struggling with and why, so we can recommend the treatment approach and strategies most likely to help. Whether you’re looking for a psychologist for yourself, your child, or your teenager, we work collaboratively with you to provide practical, personalised support focused on meaningful change.
We don’t want therapy to feel open-ended or indefinite. Our goal is to help you build the confidence, insight and skills you need to manage life’s challenges more effectively, so that over time, you don’t need us.
That’s the Think approach.
