Dr Sarah Hughes is a clinical psychologist, author, board-approved supervisor, and the founder of Think Clinical Psychologists. She is also the co-founder of Think Parents, Bumps and Bubs, a dedicated service supporting new and expectant parents with psychology, infant sleep and feeding support.
Sarah holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a PhD from The University of Sydney, and has over 15 years of clinical experience working with adults, children, teenagers, couples and families. She supports clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and relationship difficulties, including complex and longstanding concerns.
Sarah enjoys working with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, work stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, eating concerns, and the emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, including postnatal anxiety and postnatal depression. She also works with children, teenagers and families around anxiety, low mood, behavioural challenges, eating disorders, self-harm, school stress, HSC stress, friendship difficulties and family adjustment.
Sarah has written two books for parents: Skip The Drama: Practical, Get-Ahead Strategies To Survive Your Daughter’s Teenage Years and Parenting Made Simple: Straightforward, Practical Strategies for Common Childhood Challenges. Her writing reflects the same approach she brings to therapy - practical, clear, compassionate and grounded in evidence.
Clinically, Sarah primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or CBT, and also draws on strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy. Her experience across different treatment approaches allows her to tailor evidence-based therapy to each client’s needs, goals and preferences.
Sarah is a board-approved supervisor and provides supervision to clinical psychology registrars completing the registrar program.

Stephanie is a warm and experienced clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. She has experience across private practice and community mental health settings, and supports clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties, behavioural challenges, eating disorders, autism, family stress and major life changes.
Stephanie is also the co-founder of Think Parents, Bumps and Bubs, a dedicated service supporting new and expectant parents with psychology, infant sleep and feeding support. She has a particular interest in helping parents and families navigate the emotional and practical challenges that can come with pregnancy, birth, early parenthood and family life.
Stephanie is committed to providing evidence-based psychological therapy that is tailored to each client’s needs, goals and circumstances. Jordan is a warm and dedicated clinical psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to understand their difficulties, build on their strengths, and move towards meaningful personal goals. She aims to create a safe, respectful and non-judgmental therapy space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. Clients often describe Jordan as genuine, transparent and thoughtful in her approach.
Jordan has experience working with children, adolescents and adults across a range of settings, including private practice, not-for-profit organisations, university clinics, outpatient hospital services and acute inpatient wards. She has supported clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and works with a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress, trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem, mood disorders and emotional regulation difficulties.

She is registered as a clinical psychologist with AHPRA, is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association, and is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with ANZAED.

Barry is a highly experienced clinical psychologist with over 35 years of clinical experience. He works with adolescents, adults, couples and families, and supports clients with a wide range of personal, emotional, relationship and work-related concerns.
Barry completed his clinical training at the University of New South Wales, The University of Sydney and the University of Wollongong. His PhD research in Clinical Psychology explored public perceptions of psychologists and how psychologists can better understand and meet the needs of their clients.
Barry began his career in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Royal North Shore Hospital. He later became Managing Director of his own private consultancy, supporting employees across client organisations to address both workplace stress and personal difficulties. This background has given Barry extensive experience working with people navigating stress, relationship difficulties, family challenges, life transitions, workplace issues and broader mental health concerns.
Barry works effectively within a brief therapy model and draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies. His approach is pragmatic, collaborative and solution-focused, with therapy tailored to each client’s needs, goals and circumstances.
Barry sees therapy as a process of helping clients better understand their situation, explore practical ways forward and reassert a sense of control over their lives. His style is calm, thoughtful and focused on helping clients make meaningful changes in a way that feels achievable.

Amy is a general psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, or AHPRA. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and a Master of Clinical Psychology, and is currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program.
Amy provides psychological therapy and assessment services for children, adolescents and adults. She has experience working with a broad range of emotional, behavioural, developmental and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, trauma and complex PTSD, chronic health conditions, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, ADHD, autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Amy also welcomes complex referrals, including clients experiencing dissociation, psychosis, borderline personality disorder and other longstanding or complex mental health difficulties.

Claudia completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney, earned First Class Honours at the Australian Catholic University, and went on to complete a Master of Psychology in Clinical Psychology. Her clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based psychological therapy and guided by a trauma-informed approach.

Jessica has over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing eating disorders and body image concerns. She has worked across outpatient, inpatient and day program settings, and also works at the Peter Beumont Eating Disorders Outpatient Service, a statewide specialist eating disorder service at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
In addition to her eating disorder work, Jessica supports clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, or DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
